Please, read carefully the information about  the  examination of the  electronic complaints to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova..

1. The www.gov.md website offers you the opportunity to write   to the Prime Minister electronically with proposals and complaints.
2. The text size of the letter should not exceed 2000 characters.
3. The public administration authorities will also be involved in solving the issue according to their areas of proficiencies.
4. The examining body is entitled to verify the truthfulness of the information and request additional information.
5. As a result of the examination of your letter, you will receive an electronic reply to the electronic address indicated in the address.
6. The personal data and the information communicated are   ensured.
7. The letters which do not meet the requirements of the electronic document, including the application of the digital signature (Article 5 (2) of the Law on Petition No. 190 / 19.07.94), will not be examined.
8. If you do not have an e-mail address, we recommend you to send   the letter  or petition in written form on paper by  post.
